3-5 business days production, then ship globally. US: 7-10 days total. EU: 8-12. Rest of world: 10-18.
What file types can I upload? +
PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF up to 25MB per file. For best results: transparent PNG at 300 DPI or vector SVG sized to print area (max 12 x 16 inches).
Can I return a custom-printed item? +
Custom-printed items can only be returned if defective or printed incorrectly. Ready-made items have a full 30-day return window.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Link via Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as “SWAD”.
