The short version

• Production: 3–5 business days for custom prints, 1–2 days for ready-made.
• Shipping: 3–7 days regional, 7–14 days worldwide. All tracked.
• Free shipping: on orders over $50.

1. Order processing

Custom-print orders enter production within 24 hours of payment. Ready-made orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order enters production and another with tracking when it ships.

3. Free shipping

Orders over $50 ship free via standard tracked mail to any destination. Express upgrades are still available for a fee.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also track from your account dashboard. We use DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and USPS depending on destination.

5. Customs & duties

For international orders, your country may charge import duties or VAT on arrival. These are your responsibility, not included in our shipping fee. Most orders under $200 USD declared value pass duty-free in most regions, but rules vary.

6. Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, or shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, email support@s-w-a-d.net with your order number. We file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund within 14 days.

7. Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you spot an error within 1 hour of ordering, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before production. After production starts, we cannot change the address but the carrier may be able to redirect.

8. P.O. Boxes & remote areas

We can ship to most P.O. Boxes in MENA. For remote islands or areas requiring special carriers, expect 3–5 extra days and a possible surcharge — we’ll email if so.
