Terms of purchase
By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. Plain English version: pay for what you order, don’t print copyrighted artwork you don’t own, and we’ll deliver what you bought.

1. Definitions
“SWAD”, “we”, “us” means the seller. “You”, “Customer” means the person placing an order. “Site” means s-w-a-d.net or s-w-a-d.net. “Goods” means the items you order. “Custom Goods” means items printed with your uploaded design.
2. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we email an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders for reasons including stock, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, or content that violates Section 5.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices in USD unless stated otherwise. Sales tax / VAT shown at checkout where applicable.
- Payment is due at order placement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna — all processed by Stripe.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong (typo), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund.
4. Product accuracy
We try to display colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary. Garment dimensions in our size chart are accurate to ±1cm. Print colors may shift up to 5% from on-screen preview due to fabric and ink behavior — this is normal for textile printing.
5. Custom design responsibility
When you upload a design, you confirm:
- You own the rights or have permission to print it.
- The design does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or third-party IP.
- The design does not contain hate speech, threats, or content illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
We reserve the right to refuse to print designs that appear to violate these conditions and to issue a refund. By uploading you indemnify SWAD against any claims arising from the design’s content.
6. Custom orders are non-refundable
Because custom prints are made for you specifically, we cannot accept returns for “changed my mind” reasons. We will reprint or refund items that arrive damaged, printed incorrectly, or with a manufacturing defect. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Shipping & risk
Risk transfers to you on delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we file a carrier claim and either reprint/replace or refund — at our option. See Shipping & Delivery for timing.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement. After production starts (typically 1–24 hours after payment), the order cannot be cancelled. Email support@s-w-a-d.net immediately if you need to cancel.
9. Account responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on the account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Intellectual property
All site content (text, photos, illustrations, code) is owned by SWAD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use it without written permission, except for personal browsing.
11. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption, etc.) to the extent permitted by law.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control: carrier strikes, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc. We will email you with updates and a revised timeline.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes will be resolved in Amman courts unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country says otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
