Custom prints
What file format should I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF — up to 25 MB. For sharpest print results, use 300 DPI artwork on a transparent background. SVG works best for logos and bold graphics.
How big should my design be?
Standard print area is 30 × 40 cm for chest or back. We'll auto-scale to fit. If you want exact placement, just tell us in the order notes.
Can I order one piece, or is there a minimum?
One piece works. No minimum. No setup fee. No design fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
What if my design has copyrighted material?
You confirm at checkout that you own the rights or have permission. We can't print trademarked logos, characters, or licensed artwork.
Orders & shipping
How long until my order ships?
Made-to-order takes 3–5 business days to print. After that, tracked shipping is 3–7 days inside the region and 7–14 days worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide. Tracking included. Duties may apply depending on your country.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders over $50. Otherwise calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also track from your account.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a custom print?
Custom prints are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or printed wrong. We'll reprint or refund — your call.
What about ready-made items?
30-day free returns on all ready-made items. Original tags, unworn. We pay the return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds hit your card within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Payment & security
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. All processed by Stripe — encrypted end-to-end.
Is my payment info safe?
Yes. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security tier.
