Refund policy
If something arrives wrong, broken, or just isn’t what you hoped for — we’ll make it right. Here’s exactly how, and what to expect.

The short version
- Ready-made items: 30-day free returns. Original tags, unworn. We pay return shipping.
- Custom prints: Non-returnable unless damaged or printed wrong — in which case we reprint or refund.
- Refund speed: 5–10 business days back to your card after we receive your return.
1. Ready-made items
Anything from our curated drops can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Free return shipping inside the destination country (we email a label).
- Refund issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
2. Custom-printed items
Because each custom print is made-to-order with your design, we can’t accept returns for “changed my mind” reasons. However:
- If the print is wrong, faded, peeling, or damaged on arrival — we reprint or refund. Just email a photo within 14 days of delivery.
- If the garment has a manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric flaw) — same. We’ll replace or refund.
- Sizing issues — please check our size chart before ordering. We can’t accept returns for size, but exchanges are sometimes possible if the new item hasn’t yet entered production.
3. How to start a return
- Email support@s-w-a-d.net with your order number and reason. For damage/print errors, attach photos.
- We confirm the return and email a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
- Pack the item with original tags. Drop it at the carrier counter.
- Once we receive and inspect, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund timing
Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days of issue, depending on your bank. Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds follow the same timing. PayPal returns instantly to your PayPal balance.
5. Shipping costs
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was wrong or damaged. Return shipping is free for ready-made items inside the destination country. International returns may be your responsibility — contact us first.
6. Exchanges
For ready-made items: yes, swap sizes or colors at no cost within 30 days. Just email us. For custom prints: we cannot exchange, but if you ordered the wrong size and the item hasn’t started production, we may be able to update before printing — contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
7. Sale items
Final-sale items (clearly marked) are non-returnable except for damage or defect.
8. Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier within 7 days. After that, email us — we’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
